These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website anwaardigital.github.io and all Android applications published by Anwaar Digital ("we", "our"). By downloading, installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. App Usage License
We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and use our apps on your own devices. This license is for personal and non-commercial use. It does not give you ownership of the apps.
2. Intellectual Property
All apps, their source code, graphics, icons, names and written content are the intellectual property of Malik Muhammad Anwaar. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. You may not copy the app's branding, design or content into your own products.
3. No Redistribution of APKs
Our APK files are provided free on this website. You may not:
- Upload our APKs to other websites, app stores or file-sharing services without written permission.
- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or repack our apps.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, branding or the WhatsApp contact button inside the apps.
- Charge money for our free apps or bundle them with paid software.
APK copies found on third-party sites may be tampered with and are not supported or safe — always download from this official website.
4. No Warranty
Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will work on every device, Android version or network, or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use them at your own discretion and risk.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our apps and website lawfully and respectfully. You must not use them to:
- Violate any local law or regulation (including in Pakistan).
- Send spam, malware, or abusive content through app features.
- Attempt to hack, overload or disrupt our website or backend services.
- Impersonate Anwaar Digital or create fake apps using our name.
6. Accounts & Termination
If an app or the website offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts or services that violate these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, the license granted in Section 1 ends.
7. Updates & Changes
We may update our apps and these Terms from time to time. New versions may add features, fix issues or change functionality. The latest Terms are always published on this page with the updated date.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anwaar Digital and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps or website, including but not limited to data loss or device issues, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
